कबिता  :  जब ऑफुभित्रको आफू, अहम् र अस्तित्व नै बन्दगी राख्छौ!! वरू आफै सानो भईदिन्छौ, झुकिदिन्छौ, उडिदिन्छौ| तब अगाडि ऊचाल्नेहरू पछाडि थेचार्दा रैछन् अनि विस्तारै बुझ्न वाध्य हुदो रहैछौ,,,                                                                             सायद जीवन उचाई होइन, गहिराई हो!!!                                                                      सायद जीवन उडान होइन, स्थिरता हो!!!                                                             ...

 प्रसुती बेथामा पनि तुइनमा थिइन उनि, जब मैले अन्तिमपल्ट देखे उन्लाई  तर पनि सम्जाउदै थिइन्, जेठि छोरिलाई उनि, यसैले त आज सलामिमा दुई अक्षर लेखे उनलाई!!!!! धमिला त केबल उनका आखा भए रोगले, तर नजरमा सधै आसाका निश्छल किरडहरु पाउथिइन उनि म भनु कसरी, छोरिका निर्दोस गाला सुम्सुमाउदै, फाटद्इ गरेका सपनालाई, यसरी सिलाउथिइन उनि असह्य चोट र आखाका आसुसँगइ लुकामारी खेल्दै खेलाउदै, छोरिको ओठमा हासो यसरी  मिलाउथिइन उनि ढुङ्गाको काप फोरेर उम्रने पिपलु उनि, सोच्दथ्यो को यसरी तुइनभित्रै बिलाउथिइन उनि अनौठो लागिरह्यो अच्म्म उनको सहास देखेर, म हेरेर रोहिरहे उनि त गैन हासिहासि बाच्न सिकाइन मलाई, राम्रो भनु या नराम्रो सपना पो रहेछ जब ब्युजिए एक्कासी र मुस्काउदै भने जे पर्ला टर्ला तर बन्दिन कहिले परिस्थितिको दासि हार्नुभन्दा आफैसँग बोरु चडनु फासी कि त जानु कासी  हरिहरी 

  गजल : बुवा  ५२ घुस्सा ५३ ठक्कर खानुपर्छ भन्थ्यौ बाबा  बिगत हरेक पलबाट मैले सिक्ने पाठ तिमी डग्मगाउदा कम्जोर काय साहास अनी आट तिमी  बिगत हरेक पलबाट मैले सिक्ने पाठ तिमी!!!  अन्त्य नै नयाँ सुरुवात भन्थ्यौ, उर्जारुपी भरोसा हर्दम  सुख अनी दु:ख गाउँने मिठो एउटा बात तिमी  असिमित यो सौहार्दता, मायाको प्यारो जात तिमी सुख अनी दु:ख गाउँने मिठो एउटा बात तिमी!!! निस्पस्ट त्यो अन्धकार र समयसँग डराईदीन्थे  एकान्त त्यो पिडाभित्र मैले पाउने साथ तिमी  उकाली या ओराली होस डोराइ हिंड्ने हात तिमी  एकान्त त्यो पिडाभित्र मैले पाउने साथ तिमी!!!         दुनियाँ मस्त आँफैभित्र तिमी बाच्यौ मेरा खातिर  स्वाभिमान यो गाथा बोक्ने अटल मेरो माथ तिमी  नौलो सप्ना बोकी आउने पुर्णिमाको रात तिमी स्वाभिमान यो गाथा बोक्ने अटल मेरो माथ तिमी!!!

  August 31 " International Overdose Awareness Day"                                                  ( I attempted to write a poem addressing various modes of drug overdoses and some suggestions regarding them.) 4 years old playful Neal Sees Momma taking a pill "Wow- candy", Baby gets eager Alas! कबिता: आमा (धर्ति- माता) नसा नसामा धड्कन तिम्रै, भबिस्यको खोजी यही   पहिलो पाइला जिन्दगीको,न्यानो स्पर्स त्यो माटोसङ्गै  white coat र stethescope,, आमा तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!!  देशका लागी मर्छु भनी, भनुं र खोइ मेरी आमा बरु बाची हेर्छु जिबन Nightingale को त्यो साटोसङ्गै आमा तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!! सभ्यताको खोस्टो वोड्दै, सन्जाल त्येस्मै फस्दा हामी  अमृतसमान दिक्षा तिम्रा, सन्कल्पको त्यो खाटो सङ्गै आमा तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!!  भिसड् युध एतिहासका,अस्तित्वमा हाँस्दा बैरी   बिरताको गाथा गाउँने, मुर्तिरुपी त्यो लाटोसङ्गै आमा तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!! साच्चै महान मेरी आमा, अटुट तिम्रा साथहरु  हर घाउकी मलम तिमी, बिरामीको त झन् पाटोसङ्गै आमा तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!! हरेक खुशी हरेक कदम,अधुरै लाग्छ तिमीबिना  हरेक पलमा तैनाथ तिमी, लड्खडाउदाको त्यो भाटोसङ्गै  परे ज्यानकै बाजी मेरो  केबल तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै  आमा केबल तिमीले देखाएको त्यो बाटोसङ्गै!!

  Message from my daddy Someone in my dream told; “Hey, lady!! Beautiful and bold, Run fast in the pace of the world, Forget if your feet turn cold, Smile if your sweat is sold!   Because, Equity is just a fancy word, Your prosthetic limb is often ignored, Remembered is only the finish line you hold, Privileged ones never know how you mold!   Hold your heads high dear, Theirs, just glitters, was your gold, No time to regret when you get old, So keep on going, till your dreams unfold!   Stay strong dear, Coming this far defines you, All these hurdles refine you, Optimistic and divine you!   My diva princess, To your dreams in a row, With respect, our heads bow, Always by your side, we vow, All our blessings you know, Be happy wherever you go!  कबिता: जिन्दगीको बुझाई भगवानको नाम जपि, देखेको न्याय गरिन्छ यहाँ  गलत र चाप्लुसी गर्न , लाग्दैन मलाई कर कसैको स्वार्थका अनेक रङ, पुरा गर्ने अनेक चाल आफैलाई दरो बनाएको छु, लाग्दैन मलाई भर कसैको उचाल्ने र थेचार्ने, उडाउने र पछार्नेहरुसङग  चिनेको छु आफुलाई, लाग्दैन मलाई जहर कसैको जिन्दगीको भोगाइले सिकाइदियो  धेरै कुरा  आदि हुरि जे आओस् , लाग्दैन मलाई डर कसैको सेवामा सन्तुष्टि, परिश्रममा बिश्वास गर्न सिकेको मान्छे पहिचान कोर्ने जमर्कोमा, लाग्दैन मलाई धर कसैको

 गजल : ऊनी  जाली यो दुनियाँको शिकार बनिरहे ऊनी  सबलाई खुसी राख्न, आफै पुर्ने खाल्डो खनिरहे ऊनी  कर्ममा भगवान राख्नु, तर एक कानले सुनि उडाउनु भने, मरिसकेको मानवतामा हिसाब गनिरहे ऊनी  जाली यो दुनियाँको शिकार बनिरहे ऊनी  आफ्नै त्याग र तपस्याले सिर्जिएको जीवन यो गल्ती केहि छैन, बाच्न देउ मलाई भनिरहे ऊनी सबलाई खुसी राख्न, आफै पुर्ने खाल्डो खनिरहे ऊनी पुरातनवादीको झटारो, उनको गर्दनमै लाग्यो टुलुटुलु हेरे मैले,  छट्पटिएर  कनिरहे ऊनी जाली यो दुनियाँको शिकार बनिरहे ऊनी  सबलाई खुसी राख्न, आफै पुर्ने खाल्डो खनिरहे ऊनी
